Keenan Phelan Takes the Lead as Executive VP of Global Services

BROOMFIELD, COLORADO – Mark Perlstein, President and CEO, announced the addition of Keenan Phelan as Executive Vice President of Global Services.

“Keenan’s experience in the delivery of global IT outsourcing services will be an invaluable asset in our growth plans.  His presence will help to continually improve service quality, accelerate the development of our global practices, and enable us to better interface with customers,” explains Perlstein.

Datavail continues to set the company infrastructure up to meet an expanding client base.  Keenan Phelan joined Datavail in December 2010 as an independent consultant to help build out standard offerings and lead the expansion of Datavail services for the company’s largest client.  With the recent growth of Datavail’s flexible service offerings, the acquisition of additional enterprise-level clients, and aggressive growth plans, Keenan’s attributes are a natural fit for an emergent company in a $22 billion dollar industry.

In a similar position prior to joining Datavail, Keenan led the Operations and Technical Presales team at CIBER-ITO.  Earlier in his career, Keenan held a number of Vice President and Director level technical, sales, and operations roles with IT consulting firms with a focus on the banking and financial sector.  Keenan started his career in the Fortune 100 environment, holding various management positions at United Parcel Service and Corning. Keenan is an accomplished leader, has authored dozens of technical and organizational analysis documents and routinely presented at large industry conferences.
